This form may be used to update information listed in the Zia Dealer Directory. Just fill out the form and press the Submit button.

• For updates, only enter the changes. However, company name is required.

• To delete a desk, provide the current entry and the company name. To delete the entire entry, provide the company name and a notation in the comments box.

• Desk describes the product traded. For example, a muni trader would be listed as Muni.
Within munis, a bank qualified trader would be BQ. A corporate desk is Corp. When more than one product is traded, use the name Desk.

Desk names must be unique. You can only have one listing for a desk name.
